1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Ankaa mobile application in its current release. Ankaa is operated by Ahmet Kılıç. By using Ankaa, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required to use online services where you live. Ankaa is not intended for children below applicable age limits.
3. Accounts
You may continue without an account (guest / anonymous authentication) for basic AI chat, or Sign in with Apple for a permanent account. Account creation is free. Guest data is not silently merged into an Apple account.
Saved Memory, birth profile, charts, and cross-device continuity are account-only when those features are available.
4. Informational nature of the service
Ankaa provides AI-assisted conversation and optional astrology-related features for personal reflection, planning, and everyday thinking.
Ankaa is informational only. It is not a professional service. It does not provide medical advice, mental-health diagnosis or therapy, legal advice, financial / investment / tax advice, or emergency services.
Backend chat and chart features may be unavailable when providers, connectivity, or configuration required for those features are unavailable.
5. No medical, therapy, or emergency guarantee
- Do not use Ankaa for crisis, emergency, or medical decision-making.
- If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
- AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect — verify important information with qualified professionals.
6. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use responses.
- If you Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID sign-in method.
- You must comply with applicable laws when using Ankaa.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Ankaa, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape or abuse APIs, or use Ankaa for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
8. AI limitations
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must use your own judgment. Do not rely on Ankaa for emergency, crisis, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
9. Astrology limitations
- Chart-related features are symbolic and interpretive — not guarantees of outcomes, compatibility, health, or destiny.
- Ankaa requires verified calculations before chart-specific claims. Unknown birth time limits house, Ascendant, and related details.
- Advanced relationship or synastry analysis may be unavailable in this release.
10. Accounts, suspension, and termination
Permanent-account users may delete their account when deletion is available in Settings, or by contacting kilicahmett99@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or to protect users and the service.
11. Billing and purchases
This release is free. Ankaa does not offer paid content, subscriptions, In-App Purchases, external purchases, renewals, restore-purchases flows, refunds for paid plans, or previously purchased digital content in this release. Creating an account does not require payment. Basic guest chat is available without an account.
Paid features may be introduced in a future version. If they are, they will be offered through Apple In-App Purchase where required, and these Terms will be updated before or when paid offerings become available.
12. Intellectual property
Ankaa, its branding, software, and content we provide are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Ankaa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ankaa and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Liability limits may vary by jurisdiction. Non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
15. Governing law
Disputes will be addressed under the laws that apply to Ahmet Kılıç’s operation of Ankaa and the courts with competent jurisdiction, without waiving any non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live. This document is not legal advice.
